FOLLOWING what its brand owner says was a hugely successful launch in the US, and the biggest launch in the American wine market in the last 10 years, Barefoot Wine is introducing new Barefoot Refresh to its UK portfolio in 2015.
Barefoot Refresh is a new wine with a fizz that the brand team says will appeal to wine drinkers who want a more refreshing alternative to traditional wines for summer occasions such as barbecues and picnics.
It’s available in three styles: Crisp White (ABV 9%); Crisp Red (ABV 10%); and Perfectly Pink (ABV 9%).
Barefoot Wine assistant marketing manager at E&J Gallo Winery, Samantha Caulfield said: “Barefoot Refresh is a fantastic addition to our existing range of outstanding wines that are fun, flavourful and affordable. We want to offer a style and taste that appeals to existing wine consumers seeking refreshment, who would normally switch to other categories like beer and cider to meet this need.”
