TOBACCO firm Philip Morris has unveiled new pack designs for Marlboro, the UK’s number one premium cigarette brand. Marlboro Red, Gold, Silver Blue, Ice Blast and White Menthol will all feature new looks from early this month.
The new packs retain the established Marlboro chevron but now feature a soft touch finish and a cleaner, more contemporary design.
The cigarettes have new tipping paper designs and now include a firm filter.
Managing director Martin Inkster said: “At a crucial time for retailers, we are investing in the brand to ensure it continues to deliver them good returns from the highly profitable premium segment.”
