ARBROATH fish company, RR Spink and Sons, has launched what it claims is the first Freedom Food-standard smoked trout.
The brand has also scooped the award for Best Smoked Fish, for its Kiln Smoked Loch Etive Trout, at the Great British Food Farm Produce Awards.
