THE McEwan’s Beer Company has a brand new IPA. Not to be confused with previous McEwan’s beers of the same name, the new brew joins the revamped McEwan’s Amber and McEwan’s Signature in the brand’s developing bottled beers portfolio.
The new IPA coincides with the launch of a new, contemporary label design for the Amber and Signature varieties.
The company says this visual makeover is part of the ongoing rejuvenation and modernisation of the brand and follows the high profile launch of McEwan’s Red in 2013.
Brand manager, Tara Karimian, said: “Premium Bottled Ales are one of the most dynamic beer categories in Scotland with sales up by 15% year on year according to IRI.”
