IS this the most efficient open-deck dairy case on the planet? Energy innovation company, Enviroglow, claims that its E-volve system will run “up to 54% more efficiently than a standard open-deck system, and up to 26% more efficiently than a fridge with doors.”
The units come in three widths and two heights, in remote and integral versions.
The company says that an average 2,000 sq ft convenience store with open deck cabinets spends around £10,500 per year running its fridges. Enviroglow suggests a new store, incorporating the right technologies, can run the total site at a similar cost.
