SCOTTISH lamb should be on every shopping list.
That’s the message from Quality Meat Scotland’s new campaign, launched last month by champion curler Eve Muirhead. (Who obligingly rustled up a lamb stir-fry for the cameras.)
With the tagline “Wham, Bam, Thank You Lamb”, the initiative aims to show shoppers how speedy and versatile the meat is to cook. There will be print, radio and billboard adverts, a 16-page recipe booklet and a new microsite featuring six video recipes.
