SCOTTISH butcher Simon Howie has given its Perth shop a major redesign in response to what it sees as growing demand from customers who want to shop at an outlet where they can receive first hand advice about the provenance of the produce.

Howie started his working life as a Saturday boy in the shop on Perth’s Old High Street several decades ago.
