SUGAR confectionery and chocolate manufacturer Nestlé Confectionery has extended its Rowntree’s Randoms range with the introduction of Squidgy Speak.
The foam-style sweets have words printed on them, designed to get consumers talking. Sweets are available in an impulse bag, RRP 48p and a sharing bag, RRP £1.29.
The launch is being supported by a major media campaign which includes TV advertising.
Rowntree’s Randoms launched in 2009 and Nestlé, quoting IRI data to 29 December 2012, says the brand is now worth £20m.
