SKI is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a revamp, digital marketing campaign and new flavour of mousse, pictured.
To take advantage of the growth in mousse sales – up £7.6m on last year, according to SIG Grocery Outlets – and the popularity of coconut as a flavour, Ski coconut mousse with chocolate sauce uses injection technology to swirl the sauce through the mousse.
Marketing director Steve Clarke said: “Ski fruit yogurt was one of the biggest food innovations in the UK’s food industry back in 1963. Retailers can expect further exciting additions to the Ski family later in the year.”
