COMRIE Post Office, a business at the heart of the Perth and Kinross town, has been sold through Bruce & Co. The shop, which offers news, magazines, toys, greeting cards, stationery and National Lottery as well as the post office services, was sold within four months of coming to market, the agent said.
The sale included five-bedroom owners’ accommodation.
And Bruce & Co also recently sold Hawkhill Post Office in Ayr.
The business, which has a licensed general c-store and National Lottery outlet running alongside the post office, was sold within six months of coming on the market and attracted several offers from interested applicants, Bruce & Co said.
