Allwyn offers first £4million top prize Scratchcard

OPERATOR for The National Lottery Allwyn has unveiled its biggest ever jackpot with its new ‘When It’s Gold Outside’ Scratchcard game.
The new game is offering players the chance to win a massive top prize of £4million, marking the largest ever jackpot from The National Lottery since Allwyn took over running it.
The £10 to play game lands in stores from September and will only be available from selected National Lottery stores. Each card offers 37 opportunities to win a prize and each card has been designed with a metallic gold details to deliver a more premium feel to the game and deliver more standout in stores.
The game comes in packs of 30 for retailers and also pays 60p in commission for each Scratchcard that is sold.
There are only four of the top £4million prizes on offer through the Scratchcard with a range of other lower-tier prizes (£10, £15 and £20) as well as other wins ranging from £50 to £500 that can be paid out in stores to give retailers the additional opportunity to earn additional commission.
Allwyn is also set to support the launch through a range of in-store activations and marketing activity to deliver maximum visibility for the new game and drive player engagement with The National Lottery. And as Christmas draws nearer, the marketing will also shift to feature the game as part of The National Lottery festive gifting campaign.
