Two new categories included for 2027 competition
ENTRIES for the 2027 Scottish Wholesale Achievers Awards are now open – with two new categories up for grabs.
They are Wholesaler of the Year (Under £50million), which aims to showcase the importance of SMEs in the Scottish wholesale channel, and a Best Use of Data & Insight award.
Now in its 24th year and run by the Scottish Wholesale Association (SWA), Achievers sets out to highlight best practice and innovation in the sector and rewards the dedicated colleagues who keep its wheels moving.
SWA chief executive Colin Smith said: “Achievers has continued to evolve over the years in line with industry innovations, trends and challenges – the wholesale food and drink sector in Scotland never stands still and our awards recognise that.
“We are working harder than ever – with suppliers, government, other industry organisations and stakeholders – to raise awareness of the wholesale sector. Achievers is a key part of that drive to make headlines for our industry.”
Any wholesaler with a depot in Scotland can enter the competition and entries will be open until Monday, 27 July. The entry form can be found at https://www.scottishwholesale.co.uk/achievers.
The glittering ceremony will take place at the Corn Exchange, Edinburgh, on 18 February, 2027.
