7UP seeks to shake up summer with £5k cash prize

On-pack promo offers consumers massive prizes

Soft drinks brand 7UP is set to bring a refreshing new campaign to the UK this summer and offer consumers the chance to win £5,000 cash.

SOFT drinks brand 7UP has unveiled a major new on-pack promotion offering on lucky consumer the chance to bag £5,000 cash this summer.

Running now until September, the new promotion will run across 7UP’s core zero sugar range including its core Zero Sugar variant as well as the Pink Lemonade Zero Sugar flavour.

The new campaign will seek to increase consumer consideration of the 7UP Zero Sugar range among Gen Z shoppers in particular and will run as part of the brand’s wider ‘Refreshment That Hits Different’ campaign.

To enter, shoppers can purchase any promotion 7UP product, scan the QR code on pack and submit their details for the chance to win.

The top prize in the promotion is £5,000, but parent firm Carlsberg Britvic has also confirmed a wider range of over 200 instant wine prizes including Reward Choice e-Gift cards, Instax Mini Camera, a JBL portable speaker as well as a portable barbecue.

The promotion will conclude on 30 September and will run across the 7UP Zero Sugar range including eight can multipacks, 500ml plain packs and two litre plain pack bottles.

This will also be supported by a multi-million-pound investment into the 7UP brand with a presence across out-of-home outlets, radio, digital and social media channels and accompanied by disruptive in-store activations to cement 7UP’s role as a “Refreshment That Hits Different”.
