Lager and margarita mixed in a can for BBQ season

FUN RTD cocktails maker The Drinks Bureau is shaking things up with the UK’s first canned alcoholic Lagerita in grocery – with lager meeting margarita in “one seriously refreshing” can.
Described as “the lovechild of a zesty margarita and a crisp lager,” this playful new serve has been crafted in collaboration with beer experts at Powder Monkey Brewing Co, blending their easy-drinking lager with The Drinks Bureau’s award-winning margarita.
Landing in Morrisons stores just in time for BBQ season, picnics and World Cup parties, the 4% ABV 330ml Lagerita is priced at £2.60 per can and is built for laid-back sipping – light, sessionable and easy to enjoy.

The Drinks Bureau is also serving up their Lageritas with a side of mischief. Through an in-store Morrisons “scan-to-win” giveaway, shoppers can get their hands on one of 100+ Lagerita beer hats during World Cup.
The launch taps into a growing trend for fruit-led beers in the UK with fruit lager sales up +21.3% year-on-year – even as the total beer category dips by 1.0%, according to Alpine Online analysis of NIQ data.
