Kettle brings a meaty twist to the ridges offer
GOURMET crisps brand Kettle Chips has bolstered its Krinkle ridged crisps range with the introduction of a new Aberdeen Angus Ribeye Steak & Peppercorn variant.
Seeking to bring a more bold flavour to the premium crisps segment, the new Kettle Krinkle crisps seeks to bring an authentic flavour by using real beef while delivering on the provenance of Aberdeen Angus Ribeye Steak in a more sophisticated, and HFSS compliant – snack option.
The launch seeks to recruit more young shoppers to the Kettle Chips brand by matching the demand for a more indulgent and different texture food experience.
The new meat flavour option will sit on the shelf alongside the other core flavours of Kettle Krinkle including Lightly Salted, Sweet Chilli & Sour Cream and Sea Salt & Balsamic Vinegar.
And to help build up excitement for the new launch, 40g format bags will also be available across UK cricket stadiums as part of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 from 12 June to 5 July following Kettle Chips’ announcement as the official partner of the tournament.
This new launch also follows on from the roll out of Kettle Chips new range Kettle Tortilla which hit shelves across the UK earlier this year.
Kettle Krinkle Aberdeen Angus Ribeye Steak & Peppercorn comes in a 40g bag as well as a larger 80g format and is available across the wholesale channel. Additionally, shoppers can look forward to a 130g bag launch which will hit Tesco stores this July. The 40g pack comes with an RRP of £1.10, 80g at £1.29 RRP while the 130g bag comes with a price of £2.65 RRP.
