Restaurant chain Nando’s has expanded on its retail condiment sauce offer with the launch of its new Nando’s PERi-Ketchup sauce.

RESTAURANT chain Nando’s has built on its retail offering with the latest addition to its sauce condiments range with Nando’s PERi-Ketchup.

Bringing a peri peri twist to the traditional tomato ketchup flavour, the new PERi-Ketchup is available across Asda stores now with a price of £1.75. A further roll out set for Co-op, Nisa, Morrisons, Ocado, Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Waitrose stores is also set for the coming months.

Made with tomatoes and a hint of chilli, Nando’s has said it is classed as Mild on its ‘PERi-ometer’, meaning that it is not too spicy, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This marks the latest addition to Nando’s retail squeezy product range which already includes PERi-BBQ, PERinaise, Garlic PERinaise, Lemon & Black Pepper PERinaise and Sweet Chilli Jam.

A spokesperson for Nando’s said: “Packed with juicy tomatoes and a hint of chilli, it’s Mild on the PERi-ometer, and is suitable for vegetarians and vegans so can be enjoyed by the whole family on any occasion.

“Whether you smother is all over your chips, smear it on a sandwich or squirt it into Bolognese – it’s about to be your new favourite squeeze.”
