New chiefs in role position

Bestway recruits boost senior teams

BESTWAY has continued to strengthen its senior teams with three new hires for the wholesaler, along with two further appointments to its retail outfit.

Andrew Kenny, Robbie Moore and Les Mohammed are taking on the posts of trading director, retail commercial manager and head of trading respectively with Bestway Wholesale.

Kenny joins from Coles Group in Australia and will enhance Bestway’s offer across its off-licence and convenience trade.

Moore, formerly of Spar Scotland, will oversee sales across Bestway’s corporate and company-owned stores.

Mohammed will lead key initiatives and projects across the wholesale trading team.

Adrian O’Brien is confirmed as head of symbol at Bestway Retail, responsible for the symbol estate regarding leadership, sales, compliance and growth.

Richard Scrimgeour joins the retail arm as central operations director, heading up the team, business support, customer services and communications, as well as leading on other major projects.
