Get the right labels

food to go counter

COUNTRY Choice is offering a solution for retailers on the hunt for an easy way to implement Natasha’s Law regulations.

Since Natasha’s Law came into force, products packaged in store must now be labelled with a full list of allergens. In a bid to help retailers speed up this process, Country Choice has launched CCORAL – a recipe and labelling solution for its retailer customers.

Country Choice Online Recipe and Labelling (CCORAL) gives retailers access to the firm’s online cloud database of up-to-date recipes which include print-ready labels.

Phil Carratt, head of marketing at Country Choice, said: “The requirements of Natasha’s Law undoubtedly present convenience food retailers and foodservice operators with a significant challenge. Our job, as a responsible supplier, and partner to thousands of convenience retailers across the UK, is to do everything we can to make compliance easier for those operating an in-store bakery and/or food to go operation.”
