GOOD causes received the equivalent of £36 million per week in funding through The National Lottery in the last financial year, Camelot UK has revealed.
The lottery operator shared £1.9 billion with good causes in the 2021/22 fiscal year, the second highest year on record.
Camelot chairman Sir Hugh Robertson said last year’s figures show that the National Lottery “remains in fantastic shape.”
