BESTWAY was back at the races last month, with the return of its charity race for Barnardo’s
Running for the first time in two years, due to the pandemic, Bestway’s charity race day took place at legendary racecourse Ascot on 17 June.
The event saw representatives from across the wholesale and retail industry gather in support of children’s charity Barnardo’s, with more than 800 people in attendance.
The Race Day has supported over 22 charities since its formation in 1994, raising over £2.6m for nominated causes.
Dawood Pervez, managing director of Bestway said he was delighted to welcome industry colleagues back to Ascot “following one of the most disruptive and challenging periods that we’ve faced in recent times.”
