TREASURY Wine Estates – the firm behind Wolf Blass, Lindeman’s and 19 Crimes – has committed to using 100% renewable electricity by 2024 across its global operations.
As part of the commitment, the wine company has signed up to RE100, a global initiative bringing together companies that are committed to achieving 100% renewable power, from a broad range of sectors.
Kirsten Gray, TWE chief corporate services officer, said: “As we all work towards a cleaner world, we’re proud to be one of the early wine industry adopters to join RE100 alongside some of the world’s most influential businesses.”
