WELSH flapjack producer Brynmor is eyeing growth for its portfolio of snack bars – positioning the brand as a nutritious and flavoursome option that is made with “no nasties”.
The Brynmor portfolio includes a range of 80g bars which are gluten free, wheat free, high in fibre and suitable for vegetarians; a 52g range which boasts 10g of protein per bar; and a 40g reduced sugar range made with 30% less sugar than the average flapjack.
All Brynmor bars are made using natural ingredients with no artificial colours or preservatives. The flapjacks are available in a variety of flavours ranging from Cashew & Coconut and Apricot & Almond to Caramel Fudge and Dark Chocolate & Ginger.
Brynmor brand manager Kendra Jones said the flapjack category is experiencing double digit year-on-year growth, creating an “exciting opportunity to launch our wonderful brand.”
