KP Snacks has added new flavours to its popular PMP range, as demand for price-marked formats continues to grow.
Wheat Crunchies – and the latest NPD – McCoy’s Muchos, will both be available in £1 PMPs, while Pom-Bears will be sold in a two for £1 format for the first time.
McCoy’s Muchos, which first launched in January, will be available in £1 PMPs in both Nacho Cheese and Smoky Chilli Chicken flavour. £1 PMP ranges are growing ahead of the market, according to KP, at +15.3% versus non-PMP formats at -2.9%.
Matt Collins, trading director at KP Snacks, said: “PMPs encourage impulse purchases as they give consumers confidence in the value message.”
