Premier Mo’s no more

Mo and Roxy Razzaq have announced they are leaving Premier Mo’s Convenience Store.
After nearly three decades behind the counter, during which they have received multiple retailing awards, the couple have decided to move on next year.

The business will still be in the family however, as Mo’s brother Zak will take over from March 2018.
Mo said: “We have been there for over 28 years, made close friends who have helped us along the way, in becoming an integral part of the community.
“We are really going to miss the kind people of Coatshill where our own children grew up.
“We really have appreciated everything everyone has done for myself and my family and the thought of moving away is still a really strange feeling.”
To show their appreciation to the community, the couple have organised a number of events for the year ahead.
After that, Mo, who also owns Family Shopper Blantyre, said he plans to take some time off before pursuing a new project.
