Confectionery giant Ferrero is putting its chocolates on TV for Christmas.
It is to spend £8.1m on advertising including four TV campaigns across the festive season.
And it has launched 10 new products in time for the busy sales period.
The TV campaigns include the first ever TV ad for Raffaello and an ad for Ferrero Collection.
Customer development director Levi Boorer said: “With a trio of well-loved and well-known flavours, Ferrero Collection will receive a significant media investment, including a standalone TV creative designed to communicate its role as the perfect gift.”
Boorer added that Ferrero has a 30% share of the boxed confectionery category at Christmas and said: “Following sales exceeding £79m in the months leading up to Christmas last year, Ferrero is once again committed to supporting retailers during this key trading time.”
