Changes blocked

RETAILER-owned wholesaler and symbol organisation Nisa failed to have proposals to change aspects of its governance passed at its AGM.
Changes had been proposed after a report carried out by Lord Myners last year had been critical of many administrative arrangements within Nisa.
The company said proposals to change its articles of association had been supported by a substantial majority of members but had not gained the required 75% majority.
