Smash and jive

Cadbury Dairy Milk’s Marvellous range is on the small screen in September and October with a campaign featuring new Rocky Mallow Road flavour.

The 30-second TV advert, set in a hairdresser’s salon, shows the employees closing up the shop as the salon boss pulls a Rocky Mallow Road tablet from a drawer, and flips and smashes it. She shares it with the staff and they start dancing.
Brand owner Mondelez International says the six-week campaign is part of a £4m marketing spending on the brand, which also includes cinema, digital outdoor advertising activity. It says the Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous range now has sales worth £49.7m.
