TAKING inspiration from the deep south of America, Kerry Foods has introduced a new cooked meats brand, Fire & Smoke.
The meat is cooked on a low heat for over eight hours, then fire grilled, seared over crackling flames and finally smoked over oak wood chips.
Meats marketing controller at Kerry Foods, Chris Owen, said: “With the launch of Fire & Smoke, we are planning on shaking up the cooked meats aisle, making it a destination and driving sustainable growth into the category.”
