Business development director Dave Hayward joined Kerry foods in 1997 and Kerryfresh three years ago.

Operations director Andrew Redstone worked in the Kerry van business for 15 years including periods in sales, operations, and business development.

Finance director Rob Eustace has 20 years experience, having joined the Kerry graduate scheme.

The new firm says retailers can expect “something new every week” from it as it looks to develop in what it sees as the fast-growing £3.8bn chilled convenience market.
