Phily adds flavours and a dual surprise

Two new flavours were added last month to the Philadelphia range.

IN the UK cheese market the fastest growing segment, by Nielsen figures on volume sales is soft white cheese and the UK’s number one soft white cheese brand is Philadelphia, said brand owner Mondelez International’s trade communications manager Susan Nash.
And Philadelphia added two new flavours to its range last month with the launch of Philadelphia Mediterranean Tomato and Philadelphia Smoked Ham.
In September Mondelez International launched Philadelphia Duo Cremoso – a product with a dual texture, creamy Philadelphia on the outside and a whipped core, with flavour combinations inside – Garlic and Fine Herbs, Vine Ripened Tomatoes, and Cracked Peppercorn.
