A sherry that’s a bit special is promised by Maxxium UK which is introducing Signature by Harveys.
Described as a premium cream sherry, it’s launching in Tesco this October before being rolled out across other channels including convenience stores. Maxxium describes the wine as the “ultimate expression of a rare cream sherry”.
Crafted by Harveys’ winemaker Manuel J. Valcarcel, Signature by Harveys is a blend of sherries that have been aged for an average of 12 years and is designed to combine several sherry styles, including olorosos, finos and amontillados and the sweet Pedro Ximenez.
It has an ABV of 19%, is available in 50cl bottles at an RRP of £11.99 and joins the Harveys range that includes Harveys Fino, Harveys Bristol Cream and a number of specialist sherries.
