FOODS firm Heinz is launching a five-tin Heinz Beanz multipack and says the new packaging will offer greater choice and flexibility to shoppers and retailers.
The new pack was launched last month in Tesco and Asda and is also available through wholesalers.
Heinz argues that having the option of family packs of four, five or six cans will mean retailers will be less limited in promotional activity and that consumers will now have more choice of family packs.
Heinz Beanz marketing manager Rafi Arkin said: “Whilst multipacks always have been a good source of value for money, consumers were previously bound by four and six-can family packs. The new five-packs add further flexibility, ensuring we are able to fulfil varying consumer demand.”
