Camelot UK Lotteries Limited, operator of The National Lottery, is proud to support the Scottish Grocer Awards and to sponsor the award for The National Lottery Retailer of the Year.
With over 70 percent of the adult population regularly playing our games and over £28 billion having been raised for National Lottery Good Causes since 1994, The National Lottery touches the lives of communities the length and breadth of the UK and benefits millions of people’s lives – just as the independent retailer sector does.
We would like to take this opportunity to recognise and thank Scottish independent retailers for their ongoing support.
Your entry should demonstrate, in no more than 100 words and including supporting photographs, how you have raised in-store standards for The National Lottery.
The judges will be looking for:
• Scottish independent retailers who consistently score 10/10 for Site+Stock+Sell.
• Retailers who can demonstrate a passion and desire for maximising returns to National Lottery Projects through maximising their own National Lottery sales (including National Lottery Fast Pay participation, feedback from our Retail Sales Team and elements of sales)
• National Lottery retailers who use National Lottery stands and PoS to best effect.
• Retailers who effectively grasp the opportunities provided by special National Lottery events and by major rollovers.
